At Kukoon Rugs, we want you to love your new home addition, which is why we offer a straightforward 60-day return policy for complete peace of mind. If your rug isn't the perfect fit, you can easily return it for a refund or exchange provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Rug

  Carefully re-wrap your rug in its original packaging or a heavy-duty equivalent to ensure it remains clean and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Drop Off

  Print your generated return label, secure it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
